Use of the Marmof website and all related services is subject to the following terms of service.

Abuse

We reserve the right to take action in response to reports of abuse of our services. This action may include, but is not limited to, deleting created documents or other account information. Abuse may include, but is not limited to, any activity that is illegal under the city, state, or federal laws in which you are currently located. This includes copyright infringement under the DMCA or any act we deem to be destructive.

Refund policy

If you are unhappy with the service within seven (7) days of the original purchase of the Contract, with the condition that your word usage is less than 5,000 words for the "Basic" plan and less than 10,000 words for any of the other plans, we will offer a full refund of the subscription. Please contact our support team in such a case.

No Warranty

All services are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, including, but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose.

Modification of Agreement

Marmof reserves the right to change this agreement at any time without notice.
